Where is the event venue, and can I take part online?

The InnoHive 2025 is taking place at Maison de la Poste, Tour & Taxis, Rue Picard 7, 10000 Brussels, Belgium. Full participation requires attendance in person (no event streaming is foreseen).

What’s included in my ticket, and can I attend for just one day?

Your ticket grants you access to all sessions, workshops, networking events, and exhibits, and includes refreshments and meals during the event. One-day tickets provide the same access and benefits. Registering online in advance to secure your seat is strongly recommended.

How can I attend the MatchMaking Event on 8 April morning?

If you register for the InnoHive 2025, you'll have access to the full event. However, if you're interested only in the MatchMaking event and Call for Proposals, when registering, you may select the "matchmaking ticket". This will grant you the access only to the sessions on 8 April morning.

What about accommodation?

Can I get a student discount?

Yes – please contact our event support team prior to registration and they will provide the support for the student discount. A valid student I.D. will be required.

Is there an event app?

Yes, B2match will act as the event app for the attendees. It will provide access to the programme, session details, networking opportunities, and all other important information.
